HOW TO PREPARE MAYONNAISE, EGG PASHOTA AND THE FASTEST OAT POT AT HOME?
Do you, too, constantly think: "What to cook for breakfast"? Here is a ready-made plan for a work
week of five breakfasts. Chefs from the Krasnoyarsk technical school of industrial service shared their
simple recipes on the air of the evening Prima channel. Each dish will take no more than 10 minutes to
prepare.

Breakfast No. 1
For the dish you need:
egg;
vegetables: rucola, tomato;
salt;
sachet. Or you won't need it. Decide for yourself, because there are two ways to cook a poached egg.
Method one:
STEP 1.
Pour water into the pot. Water should be slightly salted. We are waiting for the water to boil.
STEP 2.
In boiling water, make a funnel in the water, twist it with a fork and throw the egg into the funnel.
Important: break the egg quickly right above the water. We throw the egg not in the center of the
funnel, but next to it in very hot water, and then we reduce the heat. Cook for 5 minutes.
Method two:
STEP 1.
Take the bag and place it in a small bowl. Lubricate the bag with vegetable oil inside.
STEP 2.
Break the egg into a bag and dip the closed bag into boiling water. We wait 3 minutes and the dish is
ready.
Tip: with poached egg, fresh vegetables are well absorbed. Ideal combination with arugula and tomatoes.
